Mrs. Hazel Elcock-Ifill is an industrial relations practitioner with over 20 years of experience in this field. She is a graduate of the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine and possesses a BSc Sociology and a MSc Mediation Studies. She is also certified as a Civil Non-Family Mediator, by the Mediation Board of Trinidad and Tobago.  Mrs. Elcock-Ifill is a Lay Minister in the Parish of St. Jude, Arima and is proud of her 42 years of varied work experiences in the areas of personnel management, communications, education, culture, workforce planning, counselling, public relations, event management, industrial relations and mediation which she says “Papa God has used to prepare her for the work in his vineyard as he directs and purposes”.
