Network Department

The Network Department is responsible for the IT Infrastructure of Bishop Anstey High School East and Trinity College East Schools and supports its technology needs in the following areas:

Network and Communication Services:

• Provides support, maintenance, management, and upgrade of the network infrastructure inclusive of switches, servers, cabling and wireless network
• Maintains the telephone PBX System inclusive of Voice over IP Phones and Analog Phones.
• Maintains the schools’ Public Address system.

Help-Desk and Technical Support Services:

• Provides technical support to all end users.

Application Support Services:

• Provides technical support for the various software applications used, inclusive of the Student Information Management System and Online Teaching Platform.
• Manages and updates the school’s website.

Audio Visual Services:

• Provide audio and visual services for all school productions and events equipment in the schools’ auditorium.
