The mission of the Human Resource Department is to assist the school community by developing and interpreting human resource policies and the provision of timely and accurate information on human resource matters.


The main areas of service include:
• Human Resource policy development and implementation
• Alignment of the performance management system to strategic goals and objectives
• Continuous Professional Development of staff through organization-initiated and/or self-initiated programmes
• Implementation of Manpower Planning and Recruitment and Selection procedures for effective Human Resource Management
• Maintenance of positive employee relations
• Compensation and Benefits Management
• Employee Health and Wellness Initiatives
