Head of Administration

The Office of the Head of Administration serves as the central body responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the institution. This office oversees all major departments, including the Human Resources Department, the Bursary, the Network Department, the Sixth Form Department and the two schools — Bishop Anstey High School East and Trinity College East.

The Head of Administration reports to the Board of Management, providing updates on decisions taken at the senior management level, implementing board policies and directives, and raising matters of concern for the Board’s attention. The Head also represents the institution and, by extension, the Board of Management, acting in an executive capacity to ensure that policies and regulations from the Ministry of Education are properly implemented in keeping with national educational standards and guidelines.

Additionally, the Office of the Head of Administration includes the Communications Unit, which manages the dissemination of institutional information across all media platforms, oversees branding and public engagement, develops and maintains the institution’s communications policy, and handles corporate communications on behalf of the institution.
