Head of Administration

The office of the Director of Bishop Anstey and Trinity College East acts as the primary manager of the institution’s day to day activities. This department oversees all other departments in the institution: The Human Resources Department, The Bursary, Network Department, Sixth Form Department and the two schools- Bishop Anstey and Trinity College East.

The Director reports to the Board of Management and updates members on decisions made at the Senior Manager Level, enforces board policies and decisions and raises any issues of concern with the Board. Additionally, the Director acts as the face of the institution and by extension the Board of Management, undertaking an executive role to also enforce policies from the Ministry of Education to ensure that the institution conforms to all stipulated rules and guidelines outlined by the Ministry.

Furthermore, the Director’s office also includes the Marketing and Communications Unit which is responsible for disseminating information related to the institution on all media platforms, branding and merchandising, the development of the communications and media usage policy, as well as, for corporate communications on behalf of the institution.
